The Hay River Museum Society is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Buckley as our new Museum Manager!
Jennifer is a local artist and small-business owner who has been a longtime vendor at Hay River’s Fisherman’s Wharf. Through her creative work, craft classes and participation in community events, she has developed strong connections with residents and visitors alike. She brings a deep appreciation for the Hay River region, its people and the culture and creativity of the North.
Jennifer also has the necessary administrative experience developed through more than two decades of working with businesses and public-sector organizations in Hay River and elsewhere in the Northwest Territories that will assist the Hay River Museum Society Heritage Centre continue to grow.
We look forward to working with Jennifer as we continue preserving and sharing the stories of Hay River and the surrounding region.
